Mindfulness & Meditation Classes

Enhance Your Mental, Emotional, & Physical Wellness​

Our wellness classes are designed to introduce and deepen your practice of mindfulness and meditation. Our classes are specifically tailored for teens or adults (depending on the class) who are interested in exploring these practices and nurturing their overall well-being.

Classes are typically structured as four, six, or eight-week programs, with one class per week lasting for 90 minutes. We offer both in-person and online options to cater to your preferences and convenience

Whether you are looking to explore mindfulness and meditation for grief, stress management, life transitions, or if you are part of a specific group such as first responders, mental health providers, or moms, we can design a class that meets your unique needs.
