Teen Open Barn Day
Come to the farm for a day of FUN! Teens are invited to spend the morning at the farm on the first Saturday of every month. We work on projects that support the animals (think feeding and cleaning) and also make time for fun animal experiences such as grooming, leading, petting them and watching their hilarious antics. NO horseback riding. It’s a low key hang out day that gives kids a chance to be on the farm with others who share their interest in animals. This is intended to be a time when kids can practice social skills and how to make friends in a low pressure setting.
MUST register in advance! Limited spots available. No fee but donations to the animals and their care are always welcome and very much appreciated. This is not intended to be therapy.
HOPE FARMS WILL BE CLOSED NOV 4-5, 2023
