About Us

a place where healing begins and hope flourishes

Founded by Lisa Kramer, MSW, LCSW, a licensed psychotherapist, certified life coach, and certified mindfulness and meditation teacher, Hope Farms is a sanctuary that offers solace, support, and transformative experiences.

At Hope Farms, Lisa provides a warm and nurturing approach to help clients navigate life’s most challenging experiences. Her kind-hearted, friendly demeanor instantly puts clients at ease, especially as they step foot onto the farm and are greeted by dogs, cats, and emus. Lisa firmly believes in the healing power of nature and integrates animals, nature, mindfulness, expressive arts, and play into her therapeutic practice for children, youth, and adults.
